Good evening, ladies and gentleman! The weekend is upon us, and for me, my birthday weekend is here. I have four days off work with very little planned, and I am looking forward to it immensely! To be fair the celebrations really started last night at The Killers: Wonderful, Wonderful Tour but it’s nice to have a few days off to do not very much.
I fell from the wagon, hard last week, and if I am honest, I haven’t truly got back on this week. I haven’t exercised once (which I am very annoyed at myself about) and I haven’t eaten that well in comparison to earlier weeks in this diet, so it could have been better, but at least it wasn’t as bad as last week. Onwards and upwards.
