Fat Friday: Week 2

Welcome one and all to another edition of  Fat Friday. Welcome back to those who have visited before, and welcome to any newbies.  I’ve still stuck to my diet, I haven’t strayed or wandered, and I have kept up a relatively decent exercise routine. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, and as 3 weeks approaches (yes, 3 whole weeks), I almost feel like I am in a routine.

Fat Friday: Week 1

Week 1 is done, over, finito, and I have stuck rigidly to my diet! I know. I wanted to clap myself! I am starting to see results when I look at the scales, but I am yet to see any results when I look in the mirror or feel any difference in my self. I feel like I’m hungry a lot, but that I am simultaneously getting better at saying no to snacks without thought. I am also getting into more of a routine, or at least looking at my week and making time for a routine.

Fat Friday | An Introduction

Welcome, one and all, to a new feature on my blog that I am politely calling Fat Friday! Simply, it’s going to be a weekly post tracking my progress (or lack there of) as I aim to lose some weight, to get fit and healthy, and improve my lifestyle in a lasting and balanced way.

Each week I plan to post a round up of my week’s activities. I am going to use the post to track my week by week weight journey (hopefully it’s a weight loss journey). I am going to use the post to track my fitness efforts, to keep note of any exercise classes I take part in or gym/swim/walking sessions I do. I also plan to post any hints and tips from my journey, and collate them all in once place, to look back on, to keep me motivated, and hopefully to help others in a similar situation to myself.
