It’s absolutely freezing. I’m sitting here, under a blanket, with a hot water bottle, a mocha, and my Gryffindor jumper on, looking out of the window at the grey, windy, cold weather and just thinking nahhhhh. I’ve been out in it (to my parent’s house) and it’s just so cold, so, I’ve decided to curl up and get some blogging done instead. So, yes, on with the post.
HAPPY WORLD BOOK DAY GUYS! What better way to celebrate World Book Day than looking back at all the awesome books I had a chance to read in February? I read another odd mix of books throughout the month, and I am still managing to keep up the trend of only reading new books to me. I’m quite proud of myself for not re-reading anything yet!
Now, without further ado, let’s get on with the show:
In February, I read 7 books, which is 2589 pages, and all of which are new reads to me.
I read 1 non-fiction and 6 fiction books, a mix of memoirs, verse, thriller/mysteries, YA Contemporary and YA Dystopian/Sci-Fi.
By Format, I read 3 Audiobooks, 2 Paperbacks, 1 Paperback/ARC, and 1 E-Book/ARC.

Annnnd the ‘Book of the Month‘ for February is….
Ready Player One by Ernest Cline
I think you’ll agree that this month has been relatively successful once again. I’m really struggling to stop myself re-reading things, and have a feeling that I might cave this month. I am going to try and make it to Easter, if I do that will be a quarter of the year just reading new books. I’ve still kept up the challenge performance too, every single book I read fit into a Book Riot Read Harder or Around the Year in 52 Books Challenge once again.
I’m ready for a book filled March, are you? Here’s my TBR!
How has your February gone? What did you read?
Have you read any of these books? What did you think?
You read some awesome books. I especially loved It Only Happens in the Movies and Moonrise.

I’m waiting on The Handmaid’s Tale from my library – I think my wait is down to 6 weeks now or something like that! 🙂 Looks like you had a great reading month in February!

I did have a great reading month! The library was where I borrowed The Handmaid’s Tale from. I enjoyed the reading, and the story, worryingly believable.

Nerdgasm! I loved Ready Player One. STILL haven’t read the Handmaids Tale (I’m a feminist but..😂) must get round to it. Your Feb choices were great!

It was so good, especially the narration by Wil Wheaton. You should definitely read (or listen to like I Did) the Handmaid’s tale, it’s a really good book!!
Thanks, it was a good month haha 🙂

Wil Wheaton! What a perfect choice! You know when you feel like you already know a story and there’s a lot of hype…that’s how I feel about the Handmaids Tale. But I will read it soon. It’s going on my planner.
